Booking Policies

Communication & Booking:

• Clients who are consistently unresponsive may be declined for future appointments.

• Full address and any access instructions are required prior to appointment confirmation.

• Please confirm your desired set (inspiration photo or details) before your appointment to allow proper preparation and travel setup.

Travel & Availability:

• A $10 travel fee applies to appointments outside of a 10–20 mile radius.

• Travel radius and availability may vary, especially for evening appointments (7 PM time slots).

Nail Prep Requirements:

• Please present bare nails unless you have booked a removal service.

This ensures proper application and safety, as products used by other nail technicians may affect results.

Timing & Late Policy:

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for arrival and setup.

• Appointments exceeding this window may be canceled and may require rescheduling.
